Customer's location pins incorrect, want to call customer, in app call can't get through, worst, no unit number. How to send? Message online agent, then don't know what the agent did. Maybe the agent put delivered then cancel the order. Few days later, got a warning letter saying never deliver food to customer but pressed drop off. Why system problem become my fault?

When we get 2 orders, Deliveroo should allow the drivers to see what the delivery order number of the customer is as we are going towards the first customer. This will allow us to prepare in advance as we are making our way to the customer. The verification selfie also needs to be included in the app and not through email with support. You guys give us a notice on the app to perform the verification, but there is no link to click on the app to do it. It's very annoying.

App was ok just the way was before you add the scan thing which doesn't help anyone at all , slow as down and also only work apparently on apple devices and not on android ....never understood those people eho try to fix something that actually work...
