Risetime wakes you up with the sun — a sunrise alarm clock that adjusts itself daily.

Set your alarm relative to sunrise, sunset, solar noon or nadir — with any offset you want. The time shifts automatically as the sun's schedule changes. No ads. No internet. Just your alarm clock, anchored to the day.

HOW IT WORKS

Pick an anchor and an offset — "45 minutes before sunrise" — and Risetime computes the time on your phone, with embedded astronomical algorithms and no connection. Tomorrow's alarm will differ from today's, because the sun moves.

ANCHORS OF YOUR OWN

Four built-in moments aren't the whole sky. Create your own anchor, and name it:

a solar angle — civil twilight at 6° below the horizon, nautical at 12°, astronomical at 18°, at dawn or at dusk, or low golden light at 6° above
a shadow length — the moment an object's shadow reaches a multiple of its height
a fraction of the day or the night — the last sixth, whatever the season
If the calculation falls beside the timetable you follow, adjust the anchor: thirty minutes at most, either way. And where an angle is never reached at your latitude for part of the year, Risetime says so, dates included, and stays silent rather than invent a time.

Risetime is a full clock replacement, not an extra app: one that follows the sun instead of fighting it.

THE ORDINARY ALARMS

A time, days, a label. Sound, vibration, snooze length and the dismiss image are set alarm by alarm, or follow your general settings; volume is shared by all. Tomorrow's occurrence can be skipped without switching the alarm off. Fixed-time and sun-anchored alarms live in the same list.

TIMERS THAT REPEAT THEMSELVES

Countdown timers have their own tab: a keypad, a list sorted by duration, one tap to add time. Turn repeat on and a timer restarts itself when it finishes — intervals, sets, drills, revision blocks, or a reminder to look away from the screen.

The cycles stay in phase: each one is anchored to when the last was due, not to when you silenced it, so thirty minutes repeated twice is sixty, not sixty-one. Timers have their own sound and volume, separate from your alarms.

No ads, no nag screens, no "upgrade" prompts — when you reach the limit, the add button is simply not there. If support lapses, nothing is deleted.
