This is the most ridiculous low carb diet. If you want to gain 50 pounds download this app. It encourages you to eat very high fatty items. And their version of low carbs is laughable. For the love of God.. just don't. This will do nothing but discourage you from losing weight when you start gaining

Absolute BS- 157g of carbs per day to lose weight???
Has good info on different foods but the carb estimator didnt work. I entered my age, sex, weight, activity level,etc and hit "calculate," nothing happened. Did it three times...nada. If it doesnt work, people wont hang around, period.
