What is Keto?

Great app - missing a feature or two. Would be great to be able to manually add nutrition facts straight to my meals since there is a lot you cannot search for or scan a barcode. Having to go through the process of creating a meal is annoying. A lot of non keto food items are completely unsearchable - which you need occasionally when having a cheat meal or at a restaurant. I am subscribed, which comes with a lot of recipes which I do like. Overall I'd recommend.

Like the app very much. Easy to use, flexible for entering my recipes and modifying Martina's recipes. Scans barcodes. Biggest issue, which isn't the app's fault, is the nutrition database. Waaay too many choices, differences that don't make a difference, inconsistent maco counts on multiple entries of the same foods, processed foods that you should NEVER consume on a keto diet, among other things. However, the database is the best available, and it is what it is. Still like the app.

NOT FREE! There are a few issues w this app. First, the biggest, when you scan a product in then try to edit the nutritional info, because most of it's wrong, it doesn't accept the info all the time even though it's exactly as it states in the package. Second, it won't allow you to manually enter a may on the paid version but I refuse to pay. Third, nothing other then tracking carbs is available w the free version!
