About this app

As per Dietary Guidelines for Americans carbs should be 45 to 65 percent of daily calories intake. For example if you get 2,000 calories a day than 900 to 1,300 calories should be from carbohydrates. In simple words between 225 and 325 grams of carbohydrates a day is required.

Very time consuming. You have to search the foods you eat in every single category. And in order to be accurate you may have to have the food item nutrient label in front of you so you can make sure you pick the right item in the category. They need to add brand name searching.

If only it doesn't ALWAYS show "no item found" whenever I search for food and would actually show result, I could have given a high rating. Heck, I even looked for bacon and still saw the "NO ITEM FOUND" result.

USA based with no other country options. Handy for fast food restaurant food. Simple basics I found harder to find. One commenter said they couldn't find lettuce and salad 🤣. Lettuce=0 carbs, that's why
