I wish I could give a negative rating. The service is completely unsatisfactory. I received an invoice stating that the payment was successful, but the information isn't showing up in my app, and not also updated my meter. After multiple attempts to contact their helpline, they informed me that they haven't received the payment. When I inquired about why a success message was displayed if they hadn't received the payment, they advised me to get in touch with the provider! How strange!!
