I wish I could give a negative rating. The service is completely unsatisfactory. I received an invoice stating that the payment was successful, but the information isn't showing up in my app, and not also updated my meter. After multiple attempts to contact their helpline, they informed me that they haven't received the payment. When I inquired about why a success message was displayed if they hadn't received the payment, they advised me to get in touch with the provider! How strange!!

I really wish if could've given negative ratings for this app but unfortunately that's not possible. This useless app don't even have a real-time balance correction. this dumb app is showing me only the previous months remaining balance not this month's moreover if I want to check my daily power usage from the app it shows a blank page.

It was working fine before, but now I can't see my account on the app. Whenever I open the app, it tells me to add an account. And after I input my account number, it shows a message 'Account already added' and then does nothing. What's wrong with the development team? Can't they look after a simple basic app?
