Realtime information is not available. App shows data from previous day. It now shows energy consumed in kWH only but it used to show the money charged against the energy consumed alongside the unit of energy used. Update: The app frequently stops showing all information, and when it does so, I think they show higher than usual kWH usage.

What kind of service is this! this is a govt app how it is so trash. update once in every day. don't show current balance. sometimes all of my accounts shows 0 balance at same time. doesn't show how many units of klw my account has consumed in a month. everything else is tolerable just fix the balance update option so it shows right balance in time when it's needed. What's the point of this app if I have to check my balance in meter manually everytime😡

Service is not appreciable. It's not giving instant proper monitoring data, especially for those who are rely on daily usage monitoring. Even after prepaid recharge, instant balance query is not accurate which is annoying.
