Subject: App Performance and Recharge Update Issues Dear Team, The app is very slow and needs performance improvement for a better user experience. Additionally, recharge amounts are usually updated only after one or two days, which causes inconvenience. The recharge balance should be reflected immediately after successful payment. It would also be helpful to have a notification or alert before the account balance is exhausted, so users can recharge in advance and avoid service interruptions.

"The balance update system of this app is terrible. Today is July 3rd, but the app is still showing the old balance (510.28 Tk) from May 31st. Real-time data has not been updated for over a month. This bug needs to be fixed immediately."

Worst app experience ever. Buffering everytime and app interface in not loading. As electricity is must need for daily life so DESCO should improve this app & keep fixing bugs.
