I wish I could give a negative rating. The service is completely unsatisfactory. I received an invoice stating that the payment was successful, but the information isn't showing up in my app, and not also updated my meter. After multiple attempts to contact their helpline, they informed me that they haven't received the payment. When I inquired about why a success message was displayed if they hadn't received the payment, they advised me to get in touch with the provider! How strange!!

It was working fine before, but now I can't see my account on the app. Whenever I open the app, it tells me to add an account. And after I input my account number, it shows a message 'Account already added' and then does nothing. What's wrong with the development team? Can't they look after a simple basic app?

The new app is visually so much better than the previous one. Now it looks very modern, stylish and yet easy to use. However, there are a few features need to be there- 1) Send notification as soon as new bill is available. 2) Send reminder notification few days before the due date. 3) Introduce dark mode. Lastly, few things need to be sorted out- 1) Even though the login sceens says, but no OTP verification is done during login process. 2) Data loading time is sometimes very slow.
