No customer services whatsoever, if you ask for some help concerning their app, they basically politely ask you to f off. The app and internet site bad design makes it physically impossible to change a password on a phone, the continue button is physically locked behind some overlapping text. The problem is both on the app and internet site. This app is an absolute Charlie Fox.

Inconvenient. It works poorly on the phone, and is very user unfriendly. Mistype your login a few times and it locks your account, telling you to "contact an administrator" while simultaneously not telling you how to do that. Amazing.

Really hard to use codes are useless getting locked out all the time is a pain, it doesn't say anywhere in the app to confirm your email address either, I have followed all the steps it requires to log in but now I am locked out AGAIN!!!!!! Not people friendly at all.
