Ratings and reviews

The app works fine, but not awesome. Regarding the quality of their investments, I'm still not sure. "Supply Chain Financing II.E" has been in "Modified Outlook" status for months now, and the communication to investors regarding the likelihood of capital recovery hasn't been awesome. Lots of vague statements about being in communication with the borrower, month after month. The level of communication and transparency regarding a past due loan is unacceptable.

Cannot get past ID upload. Took like 30 different pictures at different distances, but no matter what it always says it's not good enough, despite everything being legible and inside the frame. Note: the Frame shown for picture taking is DIFFERENT than the frame they show as being submitted. If you tightly fit the ID in the frame, it'll show you a photo after that has the bottom of your ID clearly cut off and 2 inches of empty space above your ID. They need their Software Dev QA to relook this

Ugh, so I can't get past the identity verification process. After I upload my documents and submit the last photo of my ID it routes me back to the login page. Extremely frustrating, obviously to actually review the app I'd have to be able to log in to the app. Hopefully they fix soon.
