Meter Reading Management
Capture electricity, water, gas, and other utility meter readings with
ease. Multiple reading slots per meter let you track morning and evening
values. The app calculates consumption deltas automatically and shows
real-time progress so nothing gets missed.

Photo Evidence with Watermarking
Capture photos directly within any inspection or meter reading. Every
image is automatically watermarked with the inspector's name, the item
being inspected, a timestamp, and the Deskos brand — giving you a
tamper-evident, audit-ready media trail without any extra steps.

Live Dashboard
The home screen gives managers and inspectors an at-a-glance view of
completed inspections, issues found, in-progress sessions, and meter
reading progress for the current day. No need to dig through records to
know where your team stands.

Full History & Audit Trail
Every completed or flagged inspection session is archived and viewable
at any time. Sessions are grouped by date, and you can review all
responses, photos, and comments for compliance, reporting, or follow-up.

Multi-Campus Support
Manage inspections across multiple campuses from a single account.
Switch between locations and see the relevant templates and meters for
each campus independently.

Back-Entry Support
When enabled by your administrator, inspectors can submit readings and
inspections for past dates — ensuring data integrity even when field
