About this app

Revvid is a private library for the Reddit posts you actually care about. Save a post once and the real file comes with you: videos with sound, GIFs, images, and audio, kept in folders you choose on your own device.

Reddit's save button only bookmarks links. Links rot, posts get deleted, and the good stuff scrolls away forever. Revvid keeps the file itself, so what you save today still plays years from now, online or off.

Downloads run through a real queue with progress, pause, resume, and retry, so a flaky connection does not cost you a file. For videos you pick the quality yourself: High, Medium, or Low. Revvid grabs the highest quality by default; turn that off in Settings if you would rather choose each time.

The Vault is for the posts you would rather not explain. Moving media in encrypts it with AES-256 and takes it out of your regular folders. It unlocks with your fingerprint or your PIN, and it relocks whenever you leave the app.

There are no ads in Revvid. The app is supported by an optional subscription.

Revvid Pro lifts the limits and adds the power tools: … (bullets: unlimited downloads, full vault, batch, sources, queue controls, toolkit, saved-posts sync)

Everything stays on your device. Revvid signs you in through Reddit's own pages, never sees your password, and keeps no copy of your files anywhere. Your downloads live in regular folders you picked, so they stay put even if you uninstall. The Vault is the one exception: it is encrypted with a key that exists only on this device, on purpose.

Ratings and reviews

constantly going slow like you wanna be lazy & not doing your job isn't right at all. It shouldn't take 4 hours to process only 1 video. You must really enjoy failing to process the the video & not doing your job?

Was a great app. Then it kept loading game adds. I would get impatient and skip the download. Then I wanted to see how many, exactly, I would have to wait through. I stopped at twenty. This is the new scamware. It just sponges your time. Garbage app.

It used to be a good app about a year back or so had queue management, downloaded with names of files and was just amazing but now everything has changed, sometime no voice, crashes in between after downloading also videos do not appear. I loved this app so much then i tried install/uninstall so many times. Even thought of trying the same today but the same experience. whats up guys? Why the good app is gone bad?
