When delivering or collecting units at a DFDS terminal, the app provides real-time updates on freight booking status and cargo readiness. Check if a freight booking is in place or if a unit has been discharged before arriving at the terminal, helping to reduce waiting times and plan your day more efficiently.

When travelling on DFDS' ferries, the app offers up-to-date departure information and access to RoadKings Club benefits for drivers. It also provides key requirements for special cargo, along with information on restaurants, entertainment, cabins, Wi-Fi, and other onboard facilities.

Stay informed with departure and arrival times across all DFDS' ferry routes. Follow specific sailings to receive notifications about delays, cancellations, and traffic conditions. Directions to DFDS' terminals are also included.

Enter a release number and unit ID to add units for pickup and delivery at DFDS' terminals. View freight bookings and remove them once tasks are completed.

The app also allows tracking of unit status and the vessel carrying it, including departure and arrival times.

For easy ferry check-in, scan your QR code at DFDS terminal self-service kiosks.

"LIVE UPDATES". Last updated at 05:40. No email, no text, and port signs say everything is on time. It's 22:33 and no sign of the ferry due to take us home at 23:10 even having aarrived. It finally departed at midnight. Dreadful!!! Get your act together DFDS, people need to know what is happening, even if it's bad news. UPDATE: Invited me to feedback on my experience...I have.

Could not use. I was offered this app in the email instead of filling in the passenger form, they said i could scan my passport. I could not add my booking, they asked for unit id and release number, but not booking reference. It is very confusing, so at the end i used the traditional form. I haven't explored what else the app can do, i am sure there are useful things but not for what i needed.

Sorry for inconvenience. Release number is the booking number on your lane hangers. We have recently developed a feature to inform users how to find release/booking numbers.
