This is a review of the Parking feature of the app. I used to love this app, now... I can't see my receipts anymore. I keep getting double charged. Lots say they're full on the app and then I get there and they're empty. UPDATE 5/27/25: Well, they fixed the receipt issue. Now I can't login anymore on the app. I can login just fine on the website so I know it's not a login issue.

Needs some improvements. My upcoming reservation link is there on home screen, but should be presented in a better Way. When I annotated my parking section/row info, it also should be also on home page and not having me go to some hidden section in app. Could improve car parking with map of parking lot. Also indicate which sections have empty spots.

Have used this app for couple of years. A few double charges early on (pre-paid then separate NTTA charge), which were always resolved after the inconvenience of having to call, etc. Seems like those bugs have been worked out. Wife and I both use app often (Express North) for business and personal travel parking.
