I paid the amount using this app yesterday (14 July) and I went to get myself registered today, they said that they can't verify and can't do anything about it. Took a day off from office and waited for 3 hours in line to get that answer. They asked me to come back again after a few days to try again. Went to file a complaint in the app but that shows alert "can't connect to server", even though it is connected. If you are going to EOP then DO NOT USE THIS APP, they have counter there for fee.

Paid via app, got confirmation and slip, but Malir office refused to acknowledge it. After waiting all day, staff ignored my proof and told me to wait for a 9988 SMS that never arrived. They just sent me home. Now, when I try to lodge a complaint, the app crashes with a "503 Server Unavailable" error as soon as I press the button. Total waste of time and money. The system is broken and the app is useless. Do not use this if you value your time. Fix the sync and your servers!

I installed the Passport Fee Asaan app and tried to open it. When I clicked on "Passport e-Payment, it kept loading and then showed an error saying "Internet connectivity issue – Please check your internet connection". My internet connection was perfectly fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app 2 to 3 times, but the same issue continued. I even checked the date and time settings, and everything was correct.
