Passport Fee Asaan, is a Pakistan's first digital payment initiative of the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports under the umbrella of Ministry Interior, for facilitation to its passport seekers to pay passport fee without standing in long queues for hours at National bank counters. Passport Fee Asaan Mobile Application will help its users in Passport Fee Calculation and Payment process for issuance of Pakistani Passports from Regional Passport Offices. Following are the salient features that have become the part of this App:
- Payment e-Payment
User(s) can Calculate Passport Fee with simple & easy Wizard to choose suitable options as per his/her own travel requirements and generate Payment Challan (PSID). This PSID can be paid instantly via ATM, Internet-Banking, payment over the counters (POC) or 1-link member bank branches .
- Complaint
User can launch a complaint about payment process, right away from this app and get it resolved.
- Check Status
User can inquire the status of his/ her passport fee Payment with few taps in real time environment.

I want to share my experience. At first, I had some doubts when making the payment, but I started with Bismillah. Within 20 minutes after the payment, I received a message and the status changed from unpaid to paid. Thank you! It just needs to be a bit faster, but overall it’s a very good and time-saving process.

Good achievement but the application still needs improvement. I am trying to pay the passport renewal fee, but it keeps showing a connection close error. Kindly look into this issue and fix it.

Very easy To use and 100% Efficient... as soon as you paid your fees , only in 5-10 minutes you received an sms on your given number, and an email on your gmail account of payment received.You are provided with the paid receipt, download it , print it and go to the passport office. Thats it . i have paid recently and very nice Experience.
