Our Doctors’ Health Fund app lets you manage your private health insurance policy on your phone.
Use our app to:
• easily make a claim
• understand your remaining extras limits
• update your payment details
• change your address
• review your policy inclusions
• see your claims history.
Our claiming process is super simple – take a photo of your invoice or receipt with the app and submit! Alternatively, you can upload a photo or pdf. We’ll process your claim within 2 business days.
You can use your Online Member Services email and password to log in. If you’re not already registered, do so directly on the app. After your first log in, you’ll be able to use face ID or touch ID if your device allows.
