This is 1 of the worse app. I have had it for years. And out of no were. My account was closed. I made another account only to be able to see why my account was close. Well for no reason they went on to ask for 6 numbers of my card. Witch was provided they responded back only to say. They can't reopen/ fix my account. They say due to going agent policy sum. My account was closed. I then was told to remake another account and use a different card. I did exactly as I was told. Closed th

item not received. I opened a dispute and the seller asked me to please cancel the dispute and that the item will be resent. I tried to be cooperative and did and nothing happened. I can't even keep disputing cause its closed. I said can I just please get a refund and seller said "ok". still nothing. i keep giving them an opportunity as I know items come from China but its been almost 3 months now. I just want my item or my money so I can delete the app and be done with them.

edited after a few items purchased. I have seen both sides. order something and it arrives before the 2 week expected time. I also currently have 2 items that were supposed to be 11 to 21 days till delivery. we are approaching day 60. and the seller response is learn to wait. I have one item that hasn't shipped yet on day 57. I was given one response 25 days after purchase that it would ship the following week. which didn't happen. as a response has not happened.
