Finally, the app has been enhanced after a long period with few issues. I was unable to activate or deactivate any debit card and credit card through dhofar-pay facility for almost a month and half due to the previous update of the dhofar app. Recent update on September 1st 2026, issue has been resolved.

A very bad experience with the app. - The application is very slowly opening. - It is not taking commands immediately. Just a white surfing page appears. - Most of the commnds give failed notification like adding your mobile phone. - Activating mobile payment requires a bad rehearsal and by the end it fails. - Transfer within Oman takes longer than you could expect. It is not immediate. - OTP is usually not sent or very late. - Sometimes a correct OTP doesn't work and you have only 3 attem
