The app def doesn't have all the information you need by far. But is helpful with the basics. Yet why the verifications never except my upload. Year after year!!! Annoyed!!! so I'm sick and tired of hearing on the automated systems download the app, when you get somebody on the phone then they tell you to download the app... I wouldn't need to talk to a human being but it doesn't explain anything on this app, it is not a human being. Stop trying to replace apps with real people's jobs.

I have not been able to use the app because it glitches. it does the same thing when I try to log in to my computer. I called, and they helped me update my email, but it let me log in and give an error message. The purpose of the app was to reduce people from going in person buying at this point. I have no choice but to spend my day in the office to update or change information .

DC agencies need more structure and teamwork for paperwork and any process to run more smoothly. Employees should always follow through and follow up with their clients. TOO MANY BALLS ARE DROPPED!!!!!!!!!
