I've just started using it. So far, so good except for the fact that when I initially had to fill the form to connect to my account the way to enter my birthdate was ridiculous. Instead of being able to type the date, I had to go to the date on a calendar which meant I had to click 65 times. My finger is tingling - crazy.

UPDATE On 6/1/22 called again. Staff was still confused but this lady makes the "upload" documents button available. Each phone call was recorded by DHS. Please FIX!! 5/31/22 System told me no documents needed. One of my cases closed because of this. I was told to redo and it did the same thing again NO DOCUMENTS NEEDED. 😠 There were no buttons to upload documents, the website too! PLEASE FIX!!!. I even tried to do it under edit information. I tried from different devices. Same results. 😠😠

App won't even let me login in anymore. It's acts like it's going to sign me in but continuously goes back to asking login information. Literally always something wrong with this app
