Since December 7th, i have been trying to finish my application and today as the deadline it has been impossible to continue, something is wrong with this program, and is very frustrated. I have called to ESA phone number for assistance and is another frustration...I am a dialysis patient that need to complete my recertification and they are not taking it seriously.

The app def doesn't have all the information you need by far. But is helpful with the basics. Yet why the verifications never except my upload. Year after year!!! Annoyed!!! so I'm sick and tired of hearing on the automated systems download the app, when you get somebody on the phone then they tell you to download the app... I wouldn't need to talk to a human being but it doesn't explain anything on this app, it is not a human being. Stop trying to replace apps with real people's jobs.

DEV NOTICE: on the district direct website once you open the menu and try to close it with the x the site becomes unusable. for whatever reason there's an overlay that makes it impossible to click outside of the menu and the close x button does not work. using your phone's back button only reopen screens with the menu open where you are still unable to click outside of the menu
