Completed my entire app taking at least 30 minutes of redundant questions only to get a message that the app timed out. I can't save or submit. I can't even describe the level of disrespect and disregard it feels like. But sense when does the government actually care for anyone's time.

DHS is the worst in DC customer service can't even get you to the right person to speak to. They continuously lose your application, I have filled out so many applications for Medicaid was approved then not approved then was approved then not approved. Niw they can't find the application. it's just terrible

I really like the app it really helps you stay informed with your benefits it makes it easier to apply your application online or whatever you need help with they send you notifications to let you know where you at with your application they send you notifications when it's time for you to be recertified if they need any additional documents from you it just makes it easier especially if you can't get around like you would like to Thank you
