Estimate your animals' weight with an ordinary tape measure and turn your phone into the herd's field notebook — fully offline, right there in the corral.

HOW IT WORKS
Measure the heart girth (right behind the front legs) and, for a tighter estimate, the body length. The app applies the Schaeffer formula, a classic animal-science method, and shows the estimated weight instantly.

Three ways to record a weighing:
• Tape + body length — both measurements, the firmest estimate
• Girth only — for anyone already using a weigh tape
• Scale — weighed for real? Record the exact figure

ADG: THE NUMBER THAT MATTERS
The app works out the average daily gain for every animal and the average for each herd. That is the indicator telling you whether pasture, supplementation and handling are paying off — with a chart and full history per animal.

IMPORTANT: figures from body measurements are estimates, with a typical error of ±5–10%. They are not a substitute for a scale when selling, for dosing medication by exact weight, or for official sanitary control.
