I like the theaters, but the app is antiquated in its look and functionality. It's pretty useless. You can see the show times for the movies you want to see. That's it. To buy tickets or log in to the rewards program, it takes you to the website. (The website is a mess in its own right.) It's like an unfinished beta version that the "developers" (probably a relative or office assistant) refuse to finish and upgrade.

It would be great if there was a feature that could be added that could stream audio for drive-ins through the app to make accessing the sound easier. The app is also a little buggy, it struggled to find my location and could've been better organized and easier to navigate

The app "upgrade" is terrible. And you can't even tell them about issues with it, because the "contact us" feature doesn't work. The "submit" button is a text field, so there's no way to send them a question. Your programming team should be embarrassed.
