This is the most rubbish bank app I have ever encountered! You mean to tell me you guys couldn't develop a functioning app? With the amount of years you have been in the game, this is what you can come up with? After a simple update I can't log back in, say my password and username is incorrect, this absolutely nonsense, don't develop or try to copy others if you aren't ready for it, extremely disappointed, edit:now we can log in but what is wrong with the bvn section now? Fix!!!

I can't use the app. Ever since I updated it, I can no longer sign in. they keep saying "an error occurred". please kindly fix this issue so I can log in Now, they've said they've fixed the issue. But I still can't access the BVN part. Others can use theirs regularly. please they should fix for those whose own aren't working. urgently.

I am not able to login to my account. pls make it possible to reset my password with registered phone number not only with username. I forgot my password. they should also be an extra layer of security like email verification
