For past 2 months, me and my friends have not been able to login to this app. Because on any of the registered mobile number otp is not being delivered. even after waiting for half an hour. This problem has persisted for so long but they are not resolving it. due the same issue I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT AS THEY VERIFY THE ADHAR AND PAN VIA DIGILOCKER, since otp is not being delivered, i am not able to login into this app and hence i am stuck and able to open a simple bank account.

I am unable to open the DigiLocker app on my phone. It keeps showing the message: “Your device does not match security requirements.” Because of this, the app closes and I cannot access my documents. Please fix this issue as soon as possible because many users may be facing the same problem.

Very useful and convenient app for accessing important documents anytime. The interface is simple and easy to use. The only issue is that updated documents take quite a long time to appear, so faster syncing would make the experience even better.
