Easy Metronome is built for musicians of all levels. It helps you keep a steady tempo during practice or live performance. It’s precise, easy to use, and customizable to your preferences.

Music lessons feel simpler with a large visual beat display. Follow up to 16 beats, each with adjustable emphasis or silence. Enjoy precise tempo control—you can even tap the beat and let Easy Metronome follow your lead.

Teachers and experienced players can quickly select time signatures with a couple of taps and change subdivisions to explore different playing patterns.

For a tailored experience, choose from free beat sounds, or unlock additional choices—such as instrument and meditation sounds—with an optional in-app purchase. You can also personalize beat colors with themes, or match your wallpaper on Android 13+.

Group rehearsals run smoothly with the practice timer to control session length. It’s easy for everyone to follow on larger screens, with support for tablets and Chromebooks. Practicing solo? Easy Metronome is also available on your smartwatch with on-wrist control and our Wear OS tile.

Excellent app with multiple uses. Any musician should have a metronome app handy, but then I developed a balance condition and must do eye exercises to a certain beat for a 2 minute stretch. So happy to find that Easy Metronome contains a timer! Now I don't need two devices to do the exercise. Also, I need 240 beats per minute, and some metronome apps don't go that high. This app I used occasionally for music has become an everyday necessity. Appreciate no ads. Thanks! Will recommend to PT folks

Does what you need. NO ADS. Never had it glitch out. Allows you to subdivide the notes of your selected bpm with ease. I use it to practice on many things. guitar, bass guitar, drumkit, vocals, etc. (side note) I feel like sometimes metronomes built inside of a DAW has lag or other issues. So it's nice to have or to compare to see if your DAW metronome didnt line up to this app during a recording.

It is a free metronome app that functions well and has no ads. It can play over other apps, which is useful if you use your phone for sheet music. The only thing you can even spend money on are two sound packs for the metronome, which together add 17 new sounds in addition to the 6 that come pre-loaded. If you buy both separately, they are $3 total. $2 if you buy the bundle. In the year 2025, this app is an absolute gem. It just does what it is supposed to and nothing else. It's perfect.
