Excellent app! The UI is very clean and simple, making it easy to navigate and saving users a lot of time. Everything inside the application is well-organized and easy to understand, which is a much-needed improvement from BSNL. However, I personally miss the old yellow theme—please consider bringing it back instead of the saffron-colored theme. This new background looks absolutely unappealing. Overall, great work from BSNL! Keep improving!

Fully dissatisfaction with the performance of the BSNL Selfcare app. Even when using a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, the app fails to function properly. It is disappointing to see that, despite numerous complaints from users, there have been no significant improvements. As a consumer, it is extremely frustrating to deal with an app and website that perform poorly. The BSNL network itself already has a reputation for being unreliable, and the subpar performance of the app and website

Just make this app for knowing balance. I don't care about the data harvesting. But it is frustrating to always update the app everytime I need to know about the balance. Please revert back to the old system where you show the balance after the call has ended/sent an SMS/ used data. Not everytime it is possible to update often, due to signal issue or insufficient balance. Every one is not rich like app developers and BSNL employees.
