The UI is very poor! In addition, you cannot transfer to another bank even within Iraq and need to go in person!!

so bad , i cannot sign in to the application i wrote every password i knew and it does not mach what the app want , so difficult to interact with

Suggestions: 1-Enable login by biometric scan . 2-Change the interface of account history. 3- The app is to slow and lag. 4- Transactions within the same account have serious issue, it doesn't allow me to do any transfer and telling me my daily limit is 0 of currency! 5- It doesn't show me all my accounts. 6- Include a feature for issuing and customize credit and debit cards .
