Would like to be able to cancel savings account low balance alerts. You always have to have $5 in savings to keep checking account open, but it still keeps showing a low savings balance alert every day it's at $5. Otherwise app works well, as long as you don't turn on 2 factor authentication with only your phone number. Add email too. Juuuust in case, trust me!

When ever I do a transfer or ask for information. Their always helpful with a smile 😃. When you are waiting to see someone. They have great settings area. Always comfortable . time goes so fast. I never had to wait very long at all. Thank you for letting me give a review. Bill B.

My favorite teller is Kim. She is friendly and helpful. I've been in this bank since 2002. It was still SHCU before. Overall rating is 5 🌟s I like the online check deposit, etc.
