Would like to be able to cancel savings account low balance alerts. You always have to have $5 in savings to keep checking account open, but it still keeps showing a low savings balance alert every day it's at $5. Otherwise app works well, as long as you don't turn on 2 factor authentication with only your phone number. Add email too. Juuuust in case, trust me!

The staff...I have found to be very helpful. From the ladies at the service desks when you need to understand some new technologies that old people like myself seem to struggle with. To the help you get from a video call when you need some answers now.

Terrible app. This app crashes all the time. You want to deposit a check? Do 9,000 different steps. I've been a part of many banks because of how often we move and this app is the worst. The bank is great. Wonderful employees and I prefer to keep my money local, but this app is literally THE WORST banking app.
