Ratings and reviews

Should add an import/export option for animangs. Or else it's way much of a hassle to relist everything. I don't know if I'll wanna use this thing if that feature is missing. Also please add a translator on posts, it's replies and the chats! There's a huge language barrier right now so it'll be helpful
