About this app

InstaBud AI turns your property photos and any supporting documents into a professional report of your choice - observation report, damage assessment report, Scope of Work (SOW) report, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate and more — automatically.

Snap photos on site, add any supporting documents if you have any (PDF, Word, Excel, or a ZIP of images), enter minimal project details like the zip code and date, and InstaBud AI analyzes everything and generates the report of your choice instantly.

Because the AI does the heavy lifting, large photo sets (200+ photos) can take 15–20 minutes — so you don't have to wait. Upload, close the app, and we'll text you a link the moment your report is ready to view, download, or share.

KEY FEATURES
• Capture photos right in the app, or upload existing ones
• Supports JPEG, HEIC, PDF, Word, Excel, and ZIP uploads
• ROM Report includes 5-tab Excel with cost estimate
• Get a text with a link the moment your report is ready — no waiting on screen
• Preview the report in-app, then download or share the Excel file with others
• Secure phone verification

Built for restoration contractors, independent adjusters, property inspection companies, appraisers, and other field professionals who need fast, defensible and decision-ready reports from a site visit.

What’s new

Your name on every report, so your team can see who ran what. InstaBud Check now reads your photos exactly as your camera saved them. Tapping the report-ready text message opens that report. After a Check you can record what the document turned out to be.
