Hilariously dated and 10-15 years behind other department store apps, like Macy's. To look through store items, it takes you to an in-app browser. The app itself doesn't seamlessly display products (while other apps do). Even worse, for bill payments, it pulls up the browser but forces the unsightly desktop view. I'm glad it's finally out, though.

HORRIBLE! Works half the time and for the past week has "been experiencing technical difficulties ". For a week?? So you are paying IT why? Restarted my phone and reinstalled, same problem. And no price barcode scanner. Useless, don't bother with this app!

Useless. Won't let you logon or reset your logon. For the short interval it functioned the account info was never in real time. You still had to logon to your account with a web browser to see your balance. The payment feature never worked. And to shop, all it did was present the Dillard's website. Junk.
