Audios are okay, but I struggle with the app a lot. The queue feature doesn't work for me. Also fustrated with the lack of external info for each story - who is the narrator? The writers? Where's the comment section for the listener community? The AI help features are a definite negative - it's a turn off seeing AI in a creative space & it's challenging to report issues, like repeating segments or quality changes mid-clip. Was on a 3 month sub but will likely cancel b/c these of these things.

They charged me twice then cancelled my subscription. The app was good and I enjoyed the content, however when it came time to renew, they charged me twice. I contacted customer service and they refunded the accidental charge, but also cancelled my subscription. As it stands, I have been charged $60 and do not have access to the content. If this isn't fixed, I will refute the charges with my credit card company.

Really love the content but the app is lacking. The curated questions buttons do not work well,I used the in-app help center and almost a year later no one has responded to the message. Additionally there's no sleep timer or ability to turn off auto play which is just a huge oversight. If these Issues are not fixed, I will not be renewing come march.
