This app is super helpful, especially for the Customer Service department! I was trying to book my flight through the app but was hesitating over a few details. Then suddenly, almost like they read my mind, the Direct team reached out to me on WhatsApp. Thanks to their help, I got a great price plus 25 kg of baggage allowance for both my departure and return flights. All credit goes to Bassem, his support was absolutely excellent! 👏✈️

Very bad experience. They charge you a huge amount for Visa assistance and the assistance quality is bad, the team is not responsive when contacted on whatsapp. No progress reporting what so ever to give you a sense of whether your papers that will be collected at the day of the interview are ready or not. You arr always stuck with auto reply or AI on whatsapp. I won't try using this app again. I recommend going directly to VFS.

الخدمة سيئة والتواصل سيئ وليس لديهم خيرة في التأشيرات يأخذون الفلوس وتروح مركز التأشيرات وتتعب اكثر وما يريحونك The service is bad, the communication is bad, and they are not good with visas. They take money and you go to the visa center and get more tired, and they do not make you comfortable.
