My wife contracted the yearly suscripción for 299 Mexican pesos, she wants to cancel but there is no way to do it as It does not appear as a suscripción in Google and now she was charged again and the app is not enabling the premium features..We want to cancel the subscription and get reimbursed the 299 charged today. otherwise I will burn this app in social media and also will perform legal actions against.

I agree with other reviewers I have multiple times the prompt for terms and conditions. Also today there was a major earthquake no alerts came through I realized we were on a real earthquake because my coworkers started moving. The app failed to prompt alerts in a timely and effectively manner but guess what 3:00 am tsunami alert in Japan that's an alert you definitely get. It used to be good that's why I was gold but definitely reconsidering my renewal.

I paid for the gold service and has been almost a year and 3 major earthquakes since then, no single time the app has sent me an alert. Every time I open the app it says that terms and conditions changed so need to agree and configure. So this is a waste of money and a great danger if you are trusting it'll work at all.
