Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing experience. The app pays ride providers nearly 50% less than what riders are charged. Even worse, the final settlement often calculates 10–20% less distance than the route shown at the time of booking for the exact same trip. The lack of transparency makes it feel like the platform is unfairly reducing drivers' earnings. Not recommended for anyone offering rides. I'd not recommend anyone to waste your vehicle for such penny.

I booked a quick ride 3 times. The first two times experience was good. third time some quick ride employee booked it on my behalf from airport to my house. for her the price was showing more than me and hence I told her that I will book myself but she made some changes and that reduced price. once I sat in the cab, the driver said she has added a stop in between where we can't take the toll road and if we do I have to pay 200 extra. this was such a disappointed. will never use quick ride ever.

I was a regular customer of QuickRide. Off late the service has become poor. I had booked an airport cab one day before and even paid the amount and got confirmation as well. But till the time of pickup, there is no update. When I tried to call, they pick up and without any proper response, hang up thephone. They didn't even bother to inform me if there's any issue. I had to make alternate arrangements at the last minute. So, if you want a reliable ride, better FORGET QUICKRIDE.
