I was a regular customer of QuickRide. Off late the service has become poor. I had booked an airport cab one day before and even paid the amount and got confirmation as well. But till the time of pickup, there is no update. When I tried to call, they pick up and without any proper response, hang up thephone. They didn't even bother to inform me if there's any issue. I had to make alternate arrangements at the last minute. So, if you want a reliable ride, better FORGET QUICKRIDE.

I had given a better review before. I was not aware that in the quest for optimizing by getting a cab at the last moment they would put the journey itself in jeopardy. I booked my cab 3.5 hrs before my travel time and after multiple followups, at the last moment when I was supposed to start, I was simply told they can't arrange. "Look for alternatives, thank you". All these while in every call they assured they will arrange a cab in 5 min. Not completely trustworthy anymore.

They sent mail with sorry but still no update after that. so dont believe. ‐------------- My NEFT amount is still not credited even after several days. Quick Ride claims the transaction is processed, but my bank clearly confirmed no amount has been received. No accountability, no proper response, and no real support. This is extremely irresponsible when handling users’ money. Very stressful and frustrating experience. I strongly advise others not to trust this app for any financial transactions.
