BreathNow is a blood pressure pro tool which guides users to breathe slower, perform meditations and lower high blood pressure and pulse as well as track blood pressure stats.

The BreathNow blood pressure bpm tracker presents heart rate monitor readings from your phone’s camera. This helps to identify breathing exercises and meditations which produce positive results for you. Check pulse with your phone’s camera, save heart rate monitor readings in the tracker, perform a breathing exercise or meditation, check your pulse again. Compare results before and after a calming activity.

Enter your blood pressure data from an external blood pressure monitor manually before and after a calming activity. This helps to understand what activities help you to lower blood pressure.

Health data entered by user in the BreathNow app are encrypted and stored on the phone. If a user wants to delete their health data, they need to delete BreathNow.

The list of breathing exercises in the app includes Lower blood pressure, Awake, 478 Lower BP, IMST Lower BP, Lower Pain, Calm Anxiety, Deep Sleep, Balance to lower pulse, Focus (box breathing) and Energise breathing techniques.

Nice app, but there is a lot more on here - it's not just the 4-7-8 guide. There is also ad clutter. I would have paid for the app just to avoid that stuff. Update 1/9/24: Thanks for the response. Good to know about the premium version. I would suggest getting rid of the time setting for the 4-7-8 breathing and replace it with the number of cycles. It stops right in the middle of a cycle.
