Ratings and reviews

We got the auto pet feeder not only for feeding but also because it has a camera. The video stream never works due to "no connection" but none of our other devices have issues w wifi connection. Also, many times the schedule has issues adding or editing feed times or the log has issues even pulling up. Even when doing the troubleshooting, the camera still won't work.

The app lacks basic functionality, and is riddled with bugs. The feeding schedule, the main function of the product, rarely functions. When I try to add a feeding time, it rarely ever saves to the schedule. It's been several months, and still haven't been able to delete a feeding time. Editing and toggling a time on/off rarely works as well. The "log" misses many entries, and skips whole days. Notifications are erratic. You cannot open the app without activating the camera. PLEASE FIX IT!

Functional but not polished. Lacks basic features. The only way to record only motion events is to receive a notification.I received 24 notifications overnight. I checked to see if there was a notification category for this and options are meaningless for a pet feeder, and I didn't want to unknowingly disable a notification that I actually want to receive, like "low" or "blocked" the home automation-like customize section is overkill. Fix the main part of the app first.
