Connecting the app to the feeder is a massive headache for me every time. I move frequently, and every time I move and have a new wi-fi network it takes me several hours spanned across multiple days to get the device connected. The process seems so fragile and tedious. I've had to reinstall the app, contact support, update the physical device with new firmware via SD card, rinse and repeat. I'm not sure if other brands have these same problems, but I'd take my chances elsewhere.

It has gone from mildly annoying to absolutely infuriating how every compatible PetLibro app just wipes the feeding plan schedule periodically, with no rhyme or reason, or any warning. Since I travel for work now, I've had to buy a camera to monitor the feeder to ensure it does what it's supposed to do, as I don't know why or when it clears out the feed plan. It's ridiculous and shouldn't be something any user has to do for a product that's supposed to be automated.

App was working amazingly when we first started using it. Now, no matter what my settings are, I no longer get any notifications. The app has stopped updating the feeding log so it's now days behind and I have no way to double check if the feeder did go off. it's also no longer letting me edit or add to the feeding schedule. From reading reviews, I'm clearly not the only person having issues with the app, so why is it that the app hasn't received an update from the company since 2023??
