Ratings and reviews

(Edit: Uninstalling and reinstalling worked for me, so I'm upping my rating). I am not sure if it is because of the recent app update or something unrelated, but I am no longer able to see my data in the app charts or history. I do see the data when I export it, so maybe I can take that data elsewhere. I tried to contact customer support, but I didn't receive a response. Other than that, the app was working fine for me with the scale. I was also able to sync that data with other health apps.

Update 5/27/26: I confirmed the syncing issue has been resolved since the latest update. I'm updating my review to 5 stars. Great customer service and tech support 5/22/26: I was really enjoying the app but since the recent update, it no longer syncs to Health Connect. I have to remove the connection and re-add it every time I want a weight from my scale to upload to Health Connect. Uninstalling the app did not help. Overall I like the app and if they can fix the sync issue I'd give it 5 stars.

The recent changes to the dashboard are very frustrating. I do not want to see my weekly average as a default that I can't seem to change in any way. I liked knowing what the weigh in I just finished was with my monthly graph in the background. I can no longer easily click through my past weigh ins. I'm just over all disappointed in these changes and have yet to see anything positive in them.
