I can see why the app is rated so low. All I wanted was to weigh myself. Now I'm subject to frustration investing way more time than anyone would like, into setting up an account? For a scale?? Take the complications out of your product or remain subpar. This here is a perfect case of technology being poorly implemented into a product. "... committed to creating 5-star products." Back to an analog scale we go!

The app has worked well for me for a number of years. The new update installed this morning and it appears I have lost almost all of my June entries and all of my July entries. How can I get them back? Update:I reached out to Tech Support. Received a quick response on how to fix the problem. Went through the steps provided and all of my data is back and accessible in the app. Thank you for quick response and support.

In the latest update, October 2023, they add huge numeric displays for weight, BMI, etc to the home screen, significantly reducing the space available for the graph of weight. I don't consider this an improvement. I was able to "edit" the dashboard to eliminate 3 of those numbers and regain some of the lost resolution on the graph, but I'd love to have the graph restored to its previous size. Also there seems to be some issue with stability of the app (Android 14 on a Google Pixel phone).
