Ratings and reviews

Syncs fine with scale. The app needs a little help. Doesn't always sync with my fitbit app, have to add manually. Also, I want to change my starting weight for my goals, and there is no save button. So I can't get an accurate number for total weight lost so far. If you can help with these, I will change rating to 5 stars!

I can see why the app is rated so low. All I wanted was to weigh myself. Now I'm subject to frustration investing way more time than anyone would like, into setting up an account? For a scale?? Take the complications out of your product or remain subpar. This here is a perfect case of technology being poorly implemented into a product. "... committed to creating 5-star products." Back to an analog scale we go!

Just thought I would try this for myself. Wish I did not... First of all, it is odd that you need my zipcode & location services just to use this. I have plenty of bluetooth devices & none of them asked for those permissions. The app is still syncing after I stood on it for the first time. It has been more than ten minutes. I will probably delete this. The promises sound great, but I will write down everything if I don't have to go through whatever this app is.
