No matter what your health goals are, eating well is an important part of getting there. Detailed nutritional information helps you prepare meals that fuel your progress, whether you’re looking to control portion size, monitor your intake of certain ingredients, or track macros. Your Nourish Nutrition Scale has a built-in database of 2,000 common foods, so you can measure individual ingredients, track full meals, and calculate daily totals.

We designed this app to make it easier to look up those codes while you’re weighing your ingredients. The easier it is to track your meals, the closer you’ll get to your goals!

I'm very frustrated by this app. I really wanted to have this app so that I didn't have to worry about losing the book that comes with the scale with all the codes. However after I signed up it does nothing but say logging in and nothing ever opens. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still the same issue. Very disappointing!

App is terrible. Forces you to create an account just to get some worthless food codes. I tried looking up egg whites and almond milk as they're the first two things I eat every day. Neither food was in the app. I couldn't add them to the app. And there is no connection between the app and the scale so if your code even exists, you're gonna have to look it up and input it manually for every food, every time. This scale has so much potential, but it currently underwhelms entirely.

Very difficult to add a favorite. The stars are at the very edge of the screen and are mostly inoperative. Have to attempt it about thirty times to activate it. Haven't tried stylus yet, but shouldn't have to... just sayin....
