About this app

The Virtual Keypad™ App gives you control of your security system on-the-go. Connect to your home or business system to arm or disarm, control lights, locks, thermostats and more, easily with your app. Even view and record video from your security cameras.

With the Virtual Keypad App, you can:

Worked horrible wirh iphone. Always crashing or just wont set the alarm at all and super slow if it did. With Android it's been great. Super fast no crashes. My issue is why is this not compatible with google or homekit! There is a work around with iphone shortcuts but no voice control. Then there's no work around with Android. Its 2024...time for google and ios compatibility! Also my app did update the other night and it look nice and sleek but then it reverted back to the old look. Bummer

Balky...frequently fails and/or can't find signal. When it works, it's great. When it doesn't, it's a real PIA. Four years later, the app"s performance seems to have gotten worse. It tells you the alarm is on when it's not and, even worse, tells you it was disarmed when it's not...leading it to go off and trigger a call from the Central Station or the police. Barcom should either have the developer fix the damn thing or scrap it and find another better app.

Fails to Load When Needed. I believed someone had entered my home and my first thought was to access my security system by my phone to trigger the alarm. Despite being updated with access to high speed wifi, the app did not load for almost five minutes. By then the situation had resolved on its own. For an app of this importance it is unacceptable to be so unreliable. People's safety is on the line, please do better.
