Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't get enough of your personal info from the website (how many times do I have to tell these people I'm a woman??), but I'm not using this as a workout tracker so whatever. It's the easiest to read presentation of results. Overall, I think DNAFit gave me the information I was looking for. It gave some insight into the style of exercise that would work for me (although the training options were either weightlifting or HIIT and, like, no thanks.) The diet insights were great, I think the meal plan would be wonderful if you're British. They just put the measurements in the recipe through a converter, so they make no sense in the US. There's a lot of that kind of straight conversion that doesn't quite work when you're talking about real people's lives.There's not much care given to how information is delivered, when, and how real people might react to it. I really hope they push it further soon. There's a lot of bugs and weirdness in how things work, and it took me maybe a while to trust that I fully understood what they were telling me. They give a lot of half-information---because there's add ons and stuff to sell---but also because it just doesn't seem finished yet.

Does not sync with results and I cannot access any of the reports. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and that did not correct the matter. EDIT: was informed that the results for my test would not sync because it is not designed to with with the report I ordered. App just became pointles = Uninstalled. Paging through various results on website using phone is slow and disjointed.

seems like these guys are not ready for primetime. their website has some very basic navigation problems and input problems (for example,they want my weight down to the gram? no matter what i do they say my weight input is invalid and i have to skip the question) and the app doesnt work either. tried uploading my data on three different platforms, and i cant tell if they got it or it didnt work! and btw ive already purcahsed the product! i love the theory but stay away!!!! i already emailed info
