The app becomes unresponsive when trying to view product images after adding items to the basket. If you open a product photo and then attempt to go back to your basket, the app freezes and needs to be closed and restarted. This is especially frustrating when you already have multiple items (e.g., 20+) in your basket. Please fix this issue as soon as possible — it significantly affects the shopping experience.

Horrible app. Horrible search function - doesn't work 75% of the time. The app completely crashes every time you try to reorder items from a previously ordered basic. This is not only frustrating, it forces the user to use the disfunctional search engine. I can only imagine how much business Spinneys loses due to customers fleeing to other grocery stores because of their frustration using this horrible app.
