I really like this app, and that it helps put into perspective how much you've saved and offers helpful tips, but on the diary section, it would also be beneficial to include an actual diary/note keeping space, so u can write about your journey for yourself, and if you wish, later share that with others (as some may find yhat more transparent and honest, and therefore helpful!) an idea I'd LOVE to see in the app 😊

This app was very good for keeping my mind focused. The goal of the app, is to make you stop for 28 days. when trying to stop smoking - forever sounds impossible, whereas 28 days sounds manageable. I have tried many, many times in the last 26 years of smoking to stop, but finally I have been successful. I used a combination of patches and this app and a whole lot of willpower. The key to remember here, is willpower is the main ingredient to successfully stopping. Good luck!

The app is great for keeping track of your progress as a non smoker and the benefits that come with stopping smoking. I also think that reading testimonies from others is very useful. I can't say I've tried the games but they could be useful for someone looking to fight a crave.
