About this app

Created for those who want to stop smoking for good, the NHS Quit Smoking app is a 28 day programme that puts practical support, encouragement, and tailored clinical advice in the palm of your hand.
The evidence suggests you are 5 times more likely to quit for good if you stay smoke free for 28 days, with this in mind we will help you on your own personal journey to quit.
We’ll be with you every step of the way, helping you achieve your target, picking you up if you stumble, and celebrating your successes for 28 days - and beyond!
Every week we will provide a guide broken down into manageable chunks, giving you missions to complete and timely, useful advice.

Really wonderful app and easy to navigate. Just one issue, there is a slight glitch when I try to open the app sometimes, and I get kicked out. After a few seconds, it allows me back in. The app really helps motivate me, and I enjoy learning how my health improves and how much money I've saved!!

I'm 10 months smokefree so far, the app has been a godsend and supported me throughout. It's great to receive the badges. There is so much that distracted me when I had my cravings initially. I don't think I would have achieved it without this app.

It can't do simple maths.. I can't trust it. It's calculated 28 days money saved from quitting smoking incorrectly. If they can't get simple math right, what else is badly done. Deinstalling and using a different quit aide.
