​Complete waste of time. I paid for a membership and still didn't get full access to the features. Worse, the card scanning is totally unreliable. I tested the same card six times under identical conditions: one scan failed, and the others gave me five different scores between 6 and 10. Don’t bother with this app if you're looking for accuracy.

Subcribed at Lite to try it out, but I can't even use their most basic centering feature since it refuses to detect the card within the frame despite trying a million different ways (BG, lighting, zoom, etc). Plus, when I go to pick from the grading menu it says Deep Grade is included, but then kicks me to the subscription screen again. Is it included or not? Also, no contact form or customer support button/section, which is where I would've gone first instead of writing this review. Alas.

Terrible. I have now tried this on both iPhone and Android and can confirm it is bad across platforms. Submitting a card is a terrible process. You have to include every detail ahead of the AI grading including valuations, condition, and for some reason when and how you got the card? After spending 2-3 minutes per card to submit them you then have to wait DAYS to get a single report back. Its always wrong. Terribly wrong. Even the most obviously damaged (ripped) cards come back 6s-8s.
