Ratings and reviews

The driver delivered it somewhere else. I had been waiting for 2 hours for my order. When calling customer service they blamed me for it stating that you did not pick up your phone and we do not give the delivery partners the complete address. I had provided all correct details and address as asked in the application. I as a customer obviously dont know whats happening on the back end. Very bad customer service. Better to use Swiggy and Zomato, atleast they are reliable. Uninstalling asap!!!

ordered 4 different varieties of wraps and burgers and got everything literally with the same stuffing. Everytime when a complaint is raised, a coupon code is given which cannot be used at all. It shows max discount already applied. Why to give coupon codes when we can use none. This is not the only episode of disappointment.

1) I had not seen the Waste app till now.We are unable to locate our favorite restaurants and just the eateries they have chosen to display. 2) They stated that you can request the deletion of your account, but I am unable to do so because the "looks good" option is the only one displayed in the profile section at the bottom of the page. In FAQs I agree that Swiggy and Zomato are superior, as someone mentioned in a review. Where are the restaurants listed on Swiggy and Zomato?
