I just started using this but setup was way easier than I expected, took like two minutes. Already recorded my first few receipts. We'll see how tax season goes but so far so good.

stumbled across this app by accident, was looking for other door enthusiast but it actually really worked out great.

It's really easy to get up and running (takes a minute or two), and building out your account with properties / adding receipts is just as easy. Highly recommended if you're looking for a straightforward, simple app to track expenses and work for your rental properties.
