I just started using this but setup was way easier than I expected, took like two minutes. Already recorded my first few receipts. We'll see how tax season goes but so far so good.

It's really easy to get up and running (takes a minute or two), and building out your account with properties / adding receipts is just as easy. Highly recommended if you're looking for a straightforward, simple app to track expenses and work for your rental properties.

- Archive replaced with Mark as Sold — properties are no longer archived; tap the Active or Sold on [date] badge under the property address in the detail panel to set or update the sale date. Sold properties stay visible everywhere with a Sold badge on list cards
