About this app

Dorvalo is a private log for your GLP-1 medicine. It reminds you when your dose is due, tracks your injection site rotation and charts your weight progress.

It works with semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), liraglutide (Saxenda, Victoza) and dulaglutide (Trulicity), whether you take a weekly shot, a daily injection or a daily tablet.

Today
• A countdown to your next dose that shows when it's due or overdue.
• Log a dose with the time, the strength you took, the site and an optional note.
• A body map with 8 injection sites on the abdomen, thighs and upper arms. The site that has rested longest comes preselected.
• A curve of your estimated medication level over the past 4 weeks and the week ahead, based on label averages.
• Protein and water counters toward your daily targets.
• Log side effects like nausea or constipation in a few taps, rated mild, moderate or severe, with an optional note.

Progress
• Log your weight and see the change since you started and how close you are to your goal.
• BMI with its range and your average weekly change.
• A weight chart for the last 1, 3 or 6 months, or all of it.

History
• Every dose, weigh-in and side effect in one timeline, grouped by day.
• Filter by type, delete an entry, and undo the delete if you change your mind.

Report for your doctor
• A PDF of the last 4 weeks, 3 months, 6 months or everything.
• Treatment summary, weight trend and chart, dose history with sites, and a side effect summary and log.
• Made on your phone. Send it by email, message or any app you choose.

Dose reminders
• A notification when your dose is due, on the day and time you set.
• Reminders are set again on app start after restore, and after a restart, an app update or a time zone change.

Settings
• Change your medicine, dose, schedule, reminders, goals and daily targets anytime.
• Pounds or kilograms, and light or dark mode.

Privacy
No account, no ads and no analytics. Your logs are stored on your phone. On Android 9 or later, if Android backup is enabled for your Google account and your phone has a screen lock, Android backs them up with end-to-end encryption protected by your screen lock. Neither Google nor Dorvalo can read the backup. Android can restore it on reinstall or a new phone. No screen lock means no cloud backup. Manage backup in Android settings. The PDF goes only where you send it.
