About this app

Stenwyn is a private companion for adults who want to quit porn and build self-control. It tracks your streak, helps you ride out urges with a panic button, and shows you the patterns behind them.

Your plan
• Answer a two-minute quiz about your habit, your triggers and what you want back, like focus, energy or time.
• Start fresh today or keep the days you already have, then pick a goal of 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days.
• Sign a short commitment with your finger.
• Get a personal plan with checkpoints and tactics for each trigger.

Today
• A live streak counter, down to the second, in a ring that fills toward your goal.
• 10 ranks from Starter to Legend, plus your next checkpoint.
• A daily check-in for mood, energy, urges and a short note.
• Your best streak, clean days and urges beaten.

Panic button
• Full-screen paced breathing, in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, out for 6.
• A timer that shows you're outlasting the urge.
• Your reasons and signed commitment, right in front of you.
• Quick actions like leaving the room, cold water, a short workout or messaging a friend.
• Once the urge passes, log what set it off, when it hit and what helped.

If you slip
• Slips happen in recovery. Note what led to it and what you'll do differently next time.
• Your streak starts over, but your history, best streak and total clean days stay.

Insights
• Your streak history.
• Urges by hour, with your riskiest hour.
• What sets your urges off and what helps you beat them.
• Mood and energy over the last 14 days.
• 12 badges to earn along the way.

Reminders
• A daily nudge to check in at the time you choose.
• A heads-up 15 minutes before each risky hour you pick.

Private and discreet
• No account, no ads and no analytics.
• With Android backup on and a screen lock, Android backs up your data to your Google account, end-to-end encrypted. Neither Google nor we can read it.
• Restore your saved data on reinstall or a new phone. No screen lock means no cloud backup. Turn backup off in Android settings.
• An optional app lock with a 4-digit PIN, plus fingerprint or face unlock on supported phones.
• While the lock is on, Stenwyn shows a blank card in recent apps and blocks screenshots.
• The name under the icon is just Stenwyn, and notifications never say what the app is about.
• Erase all your data from Settings anytime.

Stenwyn needs Stenwyn Pro, which comes as a monthly plan, a yearly plan with a free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Stenwyn is a self-help tool for adults, not therapy or medical advice. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local support line.
