jact is a simple, intelligent workout app that gives you the right session for the moment.
It is built for mostly bodyweight training with minimal equipment. The app adjusts each session based on your goals, time, energy, fatigue, and available gear.
Set your goals, baseline strength, cardio level, available equipment, and weekly targets. Then open the app, choose how much time and energy you have, and get a workout that fits.
jact was built for real life: short windows, interrupted days and changing energy. If you have 6 minutes, train for 6 minutes. If you have more time, build a fuller session. The point is to remove the planning friction and help you move.
What jact does:
- Generates workouts based on your time, energy, fatigue, goals, and equipment
- Builds short, medium, or long sessions
- Focuses on bodyweight and minimal-equipment strength training
- Trains strength across 8 movement categories
- Includes HIIT, threshold cardio, and mobility work
- Uses progressions and regressions to adjust difficulty over time
- Lets you set weekly targets for strength, cardio, and mobility
- Tracks session history and recent progress
- Works offline
- Requires no account
Strength training is built around progressive overload and structured ladders. You can start with basic bodyweight movements and progress toward advanced variations as you improve.
You do not need a full gym or machines. jact is designed for training with little or no equipment, though a pull-up bar and rings unlock the best range of upper-body pulling work.
jact is local-first. Your workout data is stored on your device and is not uploaded to a server.
