It was a nice application and nice doctor services before the date of the application of the new packages for booking, which turns into an unfair, unrealistic and extremes of charging without any benefits and no new written contract or deals. When i wanted to unsubsribe from this new service, the application did not work, tried to phone, they didn't respond for several times, I was about to be charged for nothing.. Unfortunately, it seems that it' a mark of downcurving trust and reputation..

Quite discouraging,99% of patients that book don't turn up. There is need for the developer to add access fee no matter how small to discourage those who have no business booking an appointment from toying with the app. Moreever, clicking ' no show' should be taken over by the developer, you don't t expect me to be going to the app on daily basis to click ' no show' in a situation where 99% of the patients will fail to show up.

Overall the app is fine. But every now and then the app takes ages to start. It keeps showing the "loading" icon forever. It actually wont start until i close it and open it again. I hope there is something that could be done about this issue.
