After last update, I can't log in to the app. Keep saying invalid username, email or password? But I can log in on desktop. Tech team kindly look into it pls.
I want my photos back as I cannot log in to my account. They have taken my intellectual property and I cannot get it back or access my account. No customer support either, just bashes your photos after uploading and now they have them.
Pretty much just steals your pictures. Really bad. You need to bank $100 before you can actually get paid as well
I really like the app, but lately pictures are vanishing from the review and won't show in my online files for a while and new approved ones aren't counted. Now after Uninstall and reinstall my Online files are all gone...
After last update, the model release does not show to be selected. Only the option to add new release is shown up.
The latest photo i uploaded ( 38th one) wasn't appearing in online files. Under username is written "38 photos accepted" but below that it shows 37 uploads. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now none of my photos is appearing under online files and it says "no images yet start uploading". Please fix this asap.
