Ratings and reviews

I was previously able to make payments with my international card, but now, every transaction gets rejected. Some banks require 2FA (two-factor authentication) by sending an SMS code to verify the transaction, but the app no longer displays the page to enter the code. As a result, I can’t complete any payments. This needs to be fixed urgently!

I am experiencing major payment issues with Fawateerkum. First, bank card transactions (Visa/Mastercard) are not processed by your system despite being completed by the bank, leaving my funds held for 21 to 45 days. Additionally, I cannot add new, unsaved cards. Second, PayPal payments consistently fail with a constant "try again" message. These recurring problems are significantly hindering my operations and require urgent attention.

for the past two days I'm trying to get an answer why I can't pay my bills they emailed me asking me to send my ID and card numbers and I didn't get an answer yet , if you guys can't handle some issues like that just quit, btw this is not the first time the app acting up like that its almost every time super no happy with it I think this is the only option we have for now
