I was previously able to make payments with my international card, but now, every transaction gets rejected. Some banks require 2FA (two-factor authentication) by sending an SMS code to verify the transaction, but the app no longer displays the page to enter the code. As a result, I can’t complete any payments. This needs to be fixed urgently!

for the past two days I'm trying to get an answer why I can't pay my bills they emailed me asking me to send my ID and card numbers and I didn't get an answer yet , if you guys can't handle some issues like that just quit, btw this is not the first time the app acting up like that its almost every time super no happy with it I think this is the only option we have for now

only when paying in bulk (more than 1 bill together at once) via visa card, the eFAWATEER system doesn't process it and shows that those bills never were paid, yet my bank sends me a successfull transaction notification. like earlier today when paid water, net and Zain bills all at once دفع الفواتير بحزمة واحدة Would you fix this repeatable issue please!
