very very very worst app...neither the app allows to link the payment modes linke fast tag...nor the verifying the mobile number for eKYC. when I am trying to do the mobile verification, when the SMS is selected for auto update, it won't take, if you punch in the OTP it won't go forward. I have been stuck at this point for last two months. I tried reaching them over their customer number, who never respond....it's all because it's a government entity and they are least bothered about customers.

very very very worst app,i added money to the wallet expecting a smooth transaction, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. The make payment hp pay app not working, and even alternate methods like UPI and FASTag failed. On top of that, there's no option to transfer the wallet balance back to my bank account. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient!

After successfully recharging my wallet, I was unable to make a payment using the wallet balance. The app repeatedly displayed the error message: "Please select the product." However, there was no product dropdown available to select anything, and the outlet name was not being displayed either. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to troubleshoot the issue, but nothing worked. To make matters worse, I contacted customer support over 12 times.
