This app is very frustrating to use. Most of the time, gas booking returns an error, and even login sometimes fails despite entering the correct phone number. If the gas booking OTP is missed, there is no option to request a new OTP. Overall, it feels like a waste of time and needs significant improvement.

Worst service, they should carefully about their users. After using some months I am unable to open the app but customer care representatives can't help . So, can't use even my wallet balance also for refueling, it's very disappointing and unfortunate. I contacted customer care repeatedly and sent the screenshots with email. It's not solved till now for so many days. Please, be careful for your customers.
