Worst app and customer service ever experienced. So many times, it either does not work at all or is extremely slow. Customer support is never helpful and is totally inexperienced.... As a response to your reply on 19 July, what is that you will fix ? Today morning also the App crashed and I tried transaction 6 times ... Reinstalled the app again and still the same issue. Likewise as earlier mailed, there are multiple issues in your app due to which customers are waiting and wasting lot of time.

One of the worst app I have gone through. HP is advertising on several credit cards that runs on HP Pay app but they don't work due to technical glitches in the app. I am using ICICI Bank HPCL super saver credit card but I am unable to perform any transaction for fuel purchase through this app. Everytime I am entering the card details and trying to proceed the app is crashing. All details sent mailed to customer care but they are not able to provide any resolution.

Irritating app, just like any other govt app, this is among the top worst, everytime I open it, it says session expired, then it doesn't take pin, then it ask to use otp, and when you try otp method, it says try after some time. Such a irritating app. At every step the circle keep revolving, even if you come back on previous screen then also. Payment fails many times, specially wuen paying by credit card.
