very slow and unresponsive app interface, no easy upi interface either, was thinking about hpcl fuel cc, but all have to be use with this app, and i think its not worth the difference on other company's fuel cc, if this app is mandatory to use for max rewards. for trial i made a scan to pay via upi transaction, after 8 hours its still showing as payment pending, while the fuel station received amount right then. and i think all 5 star ratings are fake.

Worst app. you need to wait many seconds ro go and forth the pages and it takes forever to even go back. I particularly downloaded it for cylinder bookings, and it doesn't even show the service provider name and now my money is stuck. And no one knows where it went, not the customer care, not the service provider. just no one. I would've rated in minus if that was an option.

I am facing several issues while using the HP Pay app for fuel payments. Most of the time, when I scan the QR code, my linked Fastag shows a zero balance, even though it has sufficient funds. It takes nearly 5 minutes for the correct balance to reflect. ​Additionally, I often encounter a bug where the 'Fuel' category cannot be selected. Even after waiting and trying multiple times, if I finally manage to select everything correctly, the app frequently throws an error at the final step.😣
