very very very worst app,i added money to the wallet expecting a smooth transaction, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. The make payment hp pay app not working, and even alternate methods like UPI and FASTag failed. On top of that, there's no option to transfer the wallet balance back to my bank account. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient!

Worst app, money stuck in wallet I think this app is developed by a person who is learning to create apps. Unable to make payment using HP Pay wallet. Gives an error msg "payment allowed from registered mobile number only" in spite of using the registered number. If I try to pay using consumer id, it says that gas was delivered 15 days back and the next payment is allowed after 15 days. However, their booking history shows the previous delivery more than a month back. Pathetic customer service

Is there any feature to give negative stars, I would have selected that. This app is totally waste, only collecting user data and nothing is working at all. UPI pay option is not working, it shows cooling period transaction limit is exceeded every another day but its not cooling off. 🤣🤣🤣. What a rubbish joke. I have a suggestion for you HP, just take down the app its wasting your time and money.
