After successfully recharging my wallet, I was unable to make a payment using the wallet balance. The app repeatedly displayed the error message: "Please select the product." However, there was no product dropdown available to select anything, and the outlet name was not being displayed either. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to troubleshoot the issue, but nothing worked. To make matters worse, I contacted customer support over 12 times. Bug in 'My Account' Section! I only have an LPG connection, no PNG at all. But whenever I try to open 'My Account', it blocks me with an error saying: "Mobile numbers for HP Pay and PNG are different..." The app is unnecessarily checking for a non-existent PNG connection for LPG-only users. Please fix this bug at the earliest so genuine LPG customers can use the app without hassle.

Worst service, they should carefully about their users. After using some months I am unable to open the app but customer care representatives can't help . So, can't use even my wallet balance also for refueling, it's very disappointing and unfortunate. I contacted customer care repeatedly and sent the screenshots with email. It's not solved till now for so many days. Please, be careful for your customers.
